Please note our standard international return conditions:

  • 30-Day Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached.

  • Leather Goods: Custom or personalized leather items are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.

  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, refunds can take up to 7 to 14 business days to reflect back into your original payment method.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for international return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
